Olive oil Onions Bell pepper Garlic Ground turkey Chipotles in adobo Cumin Oregano Allspice Butternut squash Black beans Diced tomatoes Chicken broth Cilantro Salt and pepper

Follow my easy instructions for success!

Step 1: Cook onion, bell pepper, and garlic in olive oil in a Dutch oven.


Step 2: Add the ground turkey and cook until browned. 


Step 3: Add the chipotles, cumin, oregano, and allspice.  


Step 4: Add the butternut squash, black beans, diced tomatoes, and chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Cover the pot.


Step 5: Cook 15 minutes, then uncover and cook another 15 minutes until squash is tender. Stir in the cilantro. 


Step 6: Serve chili in bowls and add your favorite toppings like sour cream, avocado, scallions, cilantro, and grated cheese.
