This recipe is vegan and dairy free and has less calories and sugar than the Starbucks version.

What you'll need:

Cold brew coffee Oat milk Canned pumpkin purée Vanilla extract Maple syrup Pumpkin pie spice

Follow my easy instructions for success!

Step 1: Heat oat milk, pumpkin puree, vanilla, pumpkin pie spice, and maple syrup in a saucepan on the stove. Strain and refrigerate. 


Step 2: Once cooled, foam the pumpkin oat milk “cream” with a handheld frother until creamy. 


Step 3: Fill a glass with ice and pour in store-bought or homemade cold brew coffee.  Add any desired sweetener to taste. 


Step 4: Pour the pumpkin cream cold foam on top. 


Step 5: Garnish with pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon. Enjoy!
