Step 1: Mix the ground chicken, spinach, breadcrumbs, feta, egg, and spices together in a bowl.

Step 2: Form the mixture into meatballs and arrange them on a baking sheet.

Step 3: Brush meatballs with a mixture of olive oil and paprika for color.

Step 4: Bake in the oven at 400°F for 15-16 minutes until cooked through.

Step 5: Serve meatballs with rice/pasta, veggies, and tzatziki. Or use them to make pita sandwiches.
