Step 1: Stir shrimp together with oil, garlic powder, chili powder, salt and pepper.

Step 2: Grill shrimp about 2 minutes on each side until done.

Step 3: To make the dressing, mix oil, lime juice, mustard, honey, cilantro, and a pinch of salt and pepper together.

Step 4: Arrange the salad greens in a bowl.

Step 5: Top with the grilled shrimp, avocado, mango, tomatoes, and cilantro dressing.
