Step 1: Cook the wild rice in a saucepan per package directions.

Step 2: Drizzle chicken and sweet potatoes with olive oil and season with dried spices.

Step 3: Roast in the oven until cooked, about 20 minutes. Dice the chicken.

Step 4: Make the balsamic dressing by mixing olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Dijon, honey, salt and pepper.

Step 5: Put the wild rice in bowls. Top with kale, sweet potatoes, apple, almonds and goat cheese. Top with balsamic dressing.
