Step 1: Stir milk, yogurt, vanilla, and maple syrup together in a glass, bowl or mason jar.

Step 2: Add the oats, chia seeds, and protein powder. Stir until protein powder is dissolved.

Step 3: Cover with a lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
