Step 1: Butterfly the shrimp by cutting along the back and flattening them out.

Step 2: Mix the shrimp with chili flakes, salt, and pepper.

Step 3: Mix breadcrumbs with parmesan, garlic, lemon zest, herbs, and olive oil

Step 4: Arrange the shrimp in a greased skillet and pour the wine in.

Step 5: Top shrimp with the breadcrumbs and bake at 425F 9-10 minutes until done.
