Easy Skillet Blueberry Peach Cobbler

"This Easy Skillet Blueberry Peach Cobbler is a rustic dish brimming with sweet fruit baked with a fluffy, biscuit topping.  It's the perfect finale to any summer meal!"

INGREDIENTS

- Peaches - Blueberries - Brown sugar - Cornstarch  - Lemon juice + zest - Vanilla - Flour - Baking powder - Salt - Butter  - Milk

Wash the blueberries and peaches. Slice the peaches.

Mix the fruit with brown sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice/zest, and vanilla.

Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl.

Cut in the butter with a fork or pastry blender until crumbly.

Pour in the milk.

Stir gently until a dough forms.

Transfer the filling to a cast iron skillet.

Place dollops of dough on top. Sprinkle with brown sugar.

Bake at 375°F for 45-55 minutes until filling is bubbly and topping is golden.

Top with a scoop of ice cream or Greek yogurt. DEVOUR!
