Tender, juicy chicken is  simmered with barbecue sauce and served up on a soft bun with a crunchy veggie slaw.

What you'll need:

Chicken thighs or breast Onion powder Garlic powder Cumin Salt and pepper Barbecue sauce Apple cider vinegar Hamburger buns

Follow my easy instructions for success!

Step 1: Place chicken in bowl of slow cooker. Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt and pepper on top.

Step 2: Add barbecue sauce and vinegar. Cover and cook on high heat for 3-4 hours or low heat for 6-7 hours.

Step 3: Remove the chicken and shred it with two forks.

Step 4: Return the chicken to the slow cooker and toss it with the sauce.

Step 5: Serve the pulled chicken on rolls and top with desired toppings like my crunchy vegetable slaw or pickles.
