Step 1: Heat olive oil in a pan. Add the garlic and chili flakes.


Step 2: When garlic is fragrant, add the shrimp. Season with salt, pepper and paprika.


Step 3: Cook shrimp 2 minutes until pink, then add the sherry and lemon juice.


Step 4: Cook another 2-3 minutes until shrimp is cooked through. Sprinkle with parsley. 


Step 5: Serve the shrimp with crusty bread (like Pan con Tomate) to soak up the delicious sauce!
