Tandoori Chicken Kebabs

"Succulent chicken thighs are marinated in yogurt and spices and grilled to perfection. Serve these kebabs with yogurt and naan bread and you've got the perfect summer meal!"

INGREDIENTS:

- Yogurt - Ginger - Garlic - Garam masala - Coriander - Cumin - Cayenne pepper - Paprika - Turmeric - Salt - Lemon juice - Oil - Cucumber - Cilantro

Step 1

Make the marinade. Purée the yogurt and spices together in a food processor.

Pour it on the chicken. Cut chicken into pieces and place in a dish. Pour marinade on top.

Marinate the chicken. Mix it all together and let it marinate at least 1-2 hours or overnight.

Assemble the kebabs. Thread the chicken onto bamboo or metal skewers.

Grill the kebabs. Grill the kebabs 10-12 minutes until cooked, turning halfway through.

Serve. Serve kebabs with cucumber raita (yogurt sauce) and naan or basmati rice.
