Olive oil Onions Bell pepper Garlic Ground turkey Chili powder Cumin Oregano Kidney and pinto beans Diced tomatoes Tomato sauce Diced green chilis Chicken broth Salt

Step 1: Cook ground turkey in a large pot over medium-high heat until browned.  


Step 2: Add the onion, bell pepper, and garlic and cook until softened. 


Step 3: Add the chili powder, cumin, oregano, and bay leaf.


Step 4: Stir to combine well. 


Step 5: Add the kidney and pinto beans, green chilis, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, chicken broth and salt. 


Step 6: Simmer chili for 20 minutes.  Taste and adjust seasoning as desired. 


Step 6: Top the turkey chili with your favorite toppings like sour cream, avocado, scallions, lime wedges, and grated cheese.
