- 2 cups roughly chopped strawberries (about 8 ounces)
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- ½ cup milk, any type
- 1 ½ tablespoons honey, sugar or other sweetener of your choice (adjust amount to taste)
- 2 pinches cardamom
- Optional: ice cubes
- The amount of sweetener you need will depend on how sweet the strawberries are. Add more as needed to suit your taste.
- Use cold ingredients so that the lassi is cold. Otherwise, you can chill the drink in the fridge before serving or add a few ice cubes to the blender (but this may water it down a little bit).
- For a floral flavor, you can add a little rosewater to the lassi.
