Apples Flour  Baking powder Baking soda Dried spices (cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice) Salt Oil Applesauce Greek yogurt Eggs Maple syrup Vanilla  Brown sugar

Step 1: Peel and dice the apples into small pieces.

Step 2: Whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder, and spices together in a mixing bowl.

Step 3: Whisk oil, applesauce, yogurt, eggs, maple syrup, vanilla, and brown sugar together in another bowl.

Step 4: Stir the dry and wet ingredients together with a spatula.

Step 5: Stir the diced apples into the batter.

Step 6: Scoop the batter into a muffin pan and bake at 375°F for 20-22 minutes. Cool and serve!
