Step 1: Pulse cashews, dates, coconut and salt in a food processor.

Step 2: Add coconut oil and water until mixture resembles wet sand.

Step 3: Scoop out heaping tablespoons and form into balls.

Step 4: Rolls balls in shredded coconut. Devour!
