Step 1: Wash and cut vegetables like lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, and red onion.

Step 2: Make the tzatziki by mixing Greek yogurt, cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and dill or mint in a bowl.

Step 3: Stuff vegetables into warmed pita halves. Add protein like Greek meatballs or rotisserie chicken, if desired.
