Step 1: Cut salmon into pieces and pulse in a food processor until ground.

Step 2: Mix ground salmon with scallions, mustard, mayonnaise, Old Bay, lemon juice, zest, breadcrumbs, hot sauce, salt, and pepper.

Step 3: Form the mixture into patties and refrigerate until firm.

Step 4: Grill salmon burgers on a grill or grill pan 3-4 minutes on each side.

Step 4: Make Dill Yogurt Sauce by mixing yogurt, dill, lemon, and Dijon mustard. Serve with burgers.
