What you'll need:

Ground turkey Onion powder Garlic powder Chili powder Cumin Salt Salsa Cauliflower rice  Black beans Corn Shredded cheese

Step 1: Brown the ground turkey in a skillet. Add the dried spices.

Step 2: Stir in the salsa, cauliflower rice, and corn. Simmer a few minutes until cooked.

Step 3: Stir in the black beans and half of the shredded cheese.

Step 4: Top with the remaining shredded cheese. Cover for a minute to melt the cheese.

Step 5: Top the turkey taco skillet with avocado, cilantro, and any other desired toppings.

Step 6: Dive in!  You can serve the dish with tortilla chips for scooping.
