Step 1: Peel and dice the apples into small pieces.


Step 2: Whisk the dry ingredients together in a bowl.


Step 3: Whisk the wet ingredients together in another bowl.


Step 4: Stir the dry and wet ingredients together.


Step 5: Stir in the diced apples. 


Step 6: Scoop batter into a muffin pan and bake at 375°F for 20-22 minutes.
