Corn "ribs" are made by slicing ears of corn lengthwise into rib-like strips, resembling ribs.

You can cook them in the oven, air fryer or on the grill.

What you'll need:

Corn on the cob Olive oil Butter Paprika Garlic powder Salt Sour cream Mayonnaise Chili powder Lime juice

Step-by-step instructions

Follow my easy instructions for success!

Step 1: Microwave the corn for 2 minutes to soften it. Then, cut each corn cob in half. 


Step 2: Stand the corn up and cut it in half down the middle. Then, cut it into quarters to form "ribs."


Step 3: Mix oil, butter, paprika, garlic powder, and salt together in a bowl. 


Step 4: Toss the sauce with the corn ribs until well coated. 


Step 5: Grill the corn ribs on a grill or grill pan over medium high heat until they curl up and are lightly charred. 


Step 6: You can bake the corn ribs in the oven at 400°F for 20-25 minutes. 


Step 7: You can cook the corn ribs in an air fryer at 375°F for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through. 


Step 8: Serve corn ribs plain or with your favorite sauce like my Southwest dipping sauce.
