Tilapia fillets Flour Olive oil Garlic Chicken stock White wine Lemon Capers Butter Parsley Salt & pepper

Step 1: Whisk chicken stock, lemon juice, zest, and flour together.

Step 2: Season tilapia with salt and pepper and dredge in flour.

Step 3: Cook tilapia in olive oil in a hot skillet. Remove from pan.

Step 4: Add garlic to the pan and pour in the sauce. Simmer until reduced. Swirl in the butter.

Step 5: Return tilapia to the pan and spoon the sauce over it. Garnish with fresh parsley.
