Step 1: Pat the mahi mahi fillets dry and brush them with olive oil.

Step 2: Season them with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and cumin.

Step 3: Place on a hot grill and cook 3-4 minutes until grill marks form. Flip and cook another 2-3 minutes until done.

Step 4: Remove from grill and squeeze fresh lemon juice on top.

Step 5: Serve grilled mahi mahi with your favorite sauce or salsa like my colorful mango salsa.
