What you'll need:

Mahi mahi fillets Dried spices Olive oil Lime juice Sour cream Mayonnaise Cilantro Cabbage Mango chutney Tortillas

Step 1: Season the mahi mahi with chili powder, paprika,  garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.

Step 2: Cook the fish in a skillet in olive oil about 3-4 minutes on each side until browned.

Step 3: Blend sour cream, mayonnaise, lime juice, garlic, cilantro, and salt in a blender to make the cilantro lime crema.

Step 4: Toss the shredded cabbage with some of the cilantro lime crema. Serve the rest on the side to drizze over the tacos.

Step 5: Assemble tacos with tortillas, mango chutney, fish, and cabbage slaw. Serve with lime wedges and cilantro.
