    Healthy Main Dishes

    The main dish is the star of any meal!  Here are a wide variety of recipes that are sure to impress.

    Whether you are looking for chicken, seafood, vegetarian, or meat, there are plenty of options here.

    Need to get dinner on the table fast?  Choose from my quick and easy weeknight dinners like Air Fryer General Tso's Chicken or Fish Tacos with Pineapple Salsa.

    When you have more time on the weekends, make some comfort food dishes like my Creamy Paprika Chicken, Red Pesto Pasta with Roasted Eggplant or Sunday Beef Stew.
