    Healthy Seafood Recipes

    We eat a ton of seafood in our house!  Seafood is an important part of the Mediterranean diet and is packed with many important nutrients like omega-3 fatty acids.

    If you're new to cooking seafood, start with a simple dish like my Award-Winning Shrimp Saganaki (Greek Shrimp with Feta) or Air Fryer Salmon Teriyaki.

    Looking for something to throw on the grill in the summertime? Try my tasty Fish Tacos with Pineapple Salsa or Grilled Salmon Burgers with Dill Yogurt Sauce.
